Die l\u00e4nglichen Fr\u00fcchte, die wie kleine Oliven in wundersch\u00f6nem Rot aussehen, liefern etwas 75 &#8211; 120mg Vitamin C pro 100g. Man kann Marmelade, Saft, s\u00fc\u00dfe und salzige Suppen,  Bratenbeilagen, aber auch Desserts, Lik\u00f6re und Wein mit ihnen herstellen.
